What is Engaging Women In Cybersecurity?
Engaging Women in Cybersecurity is a series of education and networking events focused on the on-going empowerment and career promotion of women in the cybersecurity field. Initiated nearly a decade ago by our founder and visionary, Rima Aristocrat, these events have brought opportunities to women seeking careers in technology and cybersecurity ever since.
This year's Annual Global Forum will be two days of events occurring in two locations: Ottawa Ontario, and Arlington Texas. The event consists of presentations, fireside chats, panel discussions, and video vignettes - blending the best attributes of local in person events with remote participation to power participant engagement – both during the event and after.
Beyond this spring's events, we are joining together to take our stellar combination of mentorship, education, coaching and networking events to a truly global platform.

The Need

To help address this need, the Global Forum will:
- Focus on the opportunities and challenges in Cyber Security associated with developing a highly diverse and inclusive talent pipeline with strong women leaders.
- Investigate the challenges and opportunities that the advent of AI has introduced to the evolving future of work, and explore the need to capitalize on the new career paths as they emerge.
- Celebrate the leadership and collective achievements of women leaders in Cyber Security.
- Build inspiring pathways for women to have self-actualized careers in digital and cyber - “See her, be her”!
